  • This is NOT a good place to live. They recently raised rent an excessive amount and the place is not worth the $645 I paid when I lived there. They said they took care of the roach problems before I had moved in, but they said they'd spray every week if I wanted. They only tell you this because the roach issue was never handled. And if you have animals and want them to spray every week you better be at home every Wednesday because it's the only day they spray and they say your animals are not their responsibility. They leave the door open while they spray. The place is dumpy 100%. Ladies in the office are pretty nice. Groups of guys just drink beer and have there broken car fixing club in the parking lot every week. The neighbors are no better than hobos and sit outside getting high all day everyday. Also they have a lot of issues with there water or something because I went many hours/ almost full days/nights without water. They give you zero notice besides you wake up to shower for work and have no water. Had a terrible time living there. Someone hit my new car in the parking lot and drove away. Main point.. just a suggestion do not live here no matter how they try to sell it to you they fixed it up. You can't fix something as bad as that place.
