Once again, like everyone else on here I have to say I never write reviews unless they are positive.
Not this time, I have changed my brakes multiple times, I got lazy today in the heat and since I had an opportunity to drop my vehicle off and had time I thought I would get some new brakes installed.
I stopped in and told them to take a look, after an hour they called and told me it would be $1300 bucks to fix my brakes, and they were in such bad shape that legally they couldn't let me drive away with it. Since I know how much brakes cost to fix, I said no way was I paying that and put it back together. They let me know for $580 they could fix the major problems and get me by. I told them to put back together my vehicle and I'll fix it.
I came back to the shop an hour later and they still had my vehicle taken apart. I told them I need it back together so I can leave. Still sitting here waiting to get my vehicle back 3 hours later.
Yes, my vehicle does need to brake pads and a new caliper. I can purchase ALL new brake pads, calipers, rotors for under $500. Don't tell me it would take more than 2 hours to do everything which would put your shop labor right around $450/hour.
Get outta here and stop trying to scam people.
Don't go to just brakes!
