  • The main thing I look for in any repair work is a company with integrity. First off they sent someone out for a heater repair within an hour on a Sunday and provided excellent service. The issue with the heater was quite complicated though and members of the Knight staff came out numerous times and tried to repair with the aid of a plumber since the issue stemmed from the water heater. After the plumber let them down they had to bow out of the repair. The owner told me he wasn't going to charge anything since they couldn't repair the issue. These guys spent hours of time and effort on this thing and went above and beyond attempting to repair it and then didn't charge a cent because they couldn't complete the job thru no fault of theirs. Amazing. I wish these guys the best and will use them in a heartbeat on all future HVAC issues
