  • This is the best Buffett in Las Vegas. Take all of the amazing cooks at the best restaurants in Caesar's Palace and put them in one place and you have Bacchanal! Yes it was about an hour wait, and that was on a Monday. So make friends in line while your party takes turns walking around. It was pretty pricey $97 for two people. But we pay twice that at great restaurants. This place was amazing! The decore beautiful, each station was super clean and polite . I took a trip around the world and ran out of steam before I got to the seafood. In Asia I had fresh sushi, dim sum fresh (watched 4little Asian man make everything in the station), duck was amazing. Cheese grapes fresh honey right off the comb & dried meats capicola, salami, they were all amazing roll up all three take a bite of red grape the eat roll. Flavors that awaken the pallet . Pizza was great. Tacos freshly made by a man from mexi-cali w/freshly made tortillas(we were talking in Spanish and told me he made it himself.) The prime rib was juicy, tender and had great flavor. Was to full for seafood so went straight to desert. Freshly made crapes delicious , chocolate covered strawberries with pop-rocks. Were my favorite but all the sweets were great!. Well worth the wait but get there early so u can take your time and go for more!
