  • I've never had hand crafted rolled ice cream before so I did not know what to expect. I was sooo pleased I came to try it out at PopNRoll while vacationing here in Vegas. It is truly the best ice cream I have ever tasted!!!! I had the Berries n Cream and my kids ordered the Rocky Rolls and Mint2Be. Each roll was made freshly while we watched. If that wasn't exciting enough, eating the rolls were like heaven. Mine was made with fresh strawberries and I think raspberries and it melted like butter in my mouth!! I'm so disappointed I did not think to take a picture. If you're in the mood for something cold, tasty and refreshing, this is definitely the place to go. I will sure to be back the next time I visit Vegas! 5 plus stars!!!
