  • Worst car rental experience ever. and not only I, there were 3 other people there with issues. I booked this through Expedia. I rented a car to go wedding dress shopping. I picked up my car at 11:30am, at 12pm I was stopped by a police for an expired licence plate. I spent two hours with cop just to get a ticket and miss my wedding dress appointment. I dropped off the car at 3:30pm just to be told that I had to pay for the rental or else they would not release me from my contract and take my deposit of $500. I should have Ubered my way around the city. Would have been cheaper! My honest recommendation, stay away!!!!!
