rev:text	I took my Dodge Charger in for a recall on the spare tire kit. When I went back to pick up the car. The guy pulls the the in front of the lobby and gave me the keys. I noticed the car had greased on the door the side of the hood. So I get in the car to tell service advisor why is there grease all over my car. I noticed that the display panel has a warning low front drive side tire hum. So I pulled the car back in front of the service bay and told Bill what's going on. So Bill look at the grease on the car and the tire. Bill didn't have an explanation why the grease was all over my car. Then he tells me my tire has a nail. He then asked me if the tires have warrant and what I would like to do about it. I told him am more concerned why is there grease all over my car did someone took it for a joy ride? I told Bill that I would like to speak to a manager he tells me their manager David is not in the office. I then asked Bill who is the general manager told me Kent. At this point he was kinda brushing me off. I told Bill do you want to get him or me and are brushing me off now. NOT Happy... Low and behold his on the phone with his manager David wow... I'm listening to the phone conversation and his telling David what you like me to do. He want to talk to the general manager. Then he gets of the phone and said to me we will replace your tire. They he goes and sprays the grease with a detail liquid and wipes the grease off. He also handed me a voucher for a car wash. So I waited to get the tire replace thank you for going that. Then I left and got the car washed and went to work. Later that night I noticed my car key fob would not open the car hum. As I was backing up the car I noticed my back up camera was not working. The next day back to the dealership again and spoke to David and told him what going on with the car. He told me to pull it up on the bay and let Bill write it up. Bill ask me what's going on I told him the issues he the got his scanner and plugged it in to the car reader like the other day. But this time he tells me there are codes coming up on the car again hum. My thought why did he not say anything yesterday about the codes. So I Left the car then later he tell me that the car has a bad key fob and the camera is out and told me how much it would cost to fix it. So I called David and felt a message to call me No call back the next day I tried to call David against and left a message again and still on call back. So I called again and finally got a hold of him. Then he tells me that his mechanics puts gloves on and there was battery code issue. I told him the car was fine when I took the car for the recall and it was cleaned and why did not Bill say anything about the codes when I first dropped off the car. He tells me let me call you back tomorrow so I can talk to Bill. The Bill left me a message that they are not going to fix the car. I would have to pay for it. So I called David again and left a message to call me back. Then Bill called back again and left a message telling me that David is busy and they are not going to fix anything and If I want them to fix it and pay out of my pocket. At this point I'm very upset that David clearly is not a manager and does not care about the customer and too busy to stop and handle the issue instead send a messenger to do his dirty job. Be careful if you take your car to this dealership for services.
