Tempe Honda has by far been the worst dealership I have been to. Between myself and my parents we have made 4 trips total to this dealership. The first person that we talked to was by the name of trey sub filling in for Kenny because he was "too busy" to assist us in looking at vehicles. Trey thought we were a complete joke as we were trying to discuss options. He stated specifically "there's nothing we can do for you. I'm not going pay for what you want." First of all no one asked you to pay. Second of all if we were that bothersome and you did not want to do our business I'm glad to take it elsewhere, where there are professionals and adults that actually want to speak with you and try to make something work. We were again contacted by Kenny and Dan who had agreed to some terms for the vehicle we were looking at and we thought to give them another shot, but that was even more ridiculous. They requested us to submit a credit application at 6:00pm which we had done and then called back to state that these are the terms we are offering and if you fee that this is fair then we'll go ahead and process this deal. We agreed and either Dan or Kenny called back the next morning re confirming this conversation we had the night before and the deal that was offered we stated to prepare the paperwork we would be in that same afternoon to close out the agreement for the vehicle. When we had arrived to close out Kenny and Dan was not even there. Everyone else at the dealership had no idea what was going on. The terms they agreed upon was a lie. We waited 1.5 hours and they were no where to be found. Multiple phone calls were made and they never returned a call. It was like it was a complete sick joke. I will not return to this dealership I will advise everyone I know to never go there. This was the worst and most childish experience I've ever had. Myself and my parents had to take multiple hours of work off to "meet" and "finalize" the deal that was complete lie. If I could rate this place a zero that's what it truly deserves. They really need to reconsider their staffing and their integrity.
