| - I have been taken my Siberian Husky, Luna, to GVAH since I got her 3 years ago. It was the closest vet at the time with really good reviews. I've moved a lot farther from the area and adopted two more puppies with my girlfriend since then. And although we shopped around for closer vets in our new area, we ended up making the drive to come back to GVAH. Cause its worth it for their excellent service and care.
Their staff is so friendly. They let you choose your preferred doctor and whether its Dr. Rose or Dr. Moore, you're going to get great service, interaction, and consulting from both. Dr. Moore always shows his compassion with our dogs, greets and pets them with positive energy, and answers all of our concerns about our pets with answers we can trust. The other vets we've dealt with seem to be all business that do what they're paid to do, not taking the time to interact with our pets. This is definitely not the case at GVAH.
Their pricing is excellent also. We have had 3 dogs spayed and neutered with them, and each time we compared prices with competitive vets. The other vets closer to our place was charging $120 more! All dogs recovered from their surgeries with no issues. And they even did a follow up call a day or two after to check up on them. Now that's good service.
Same with vaccines. When we need to update shots, we found that they're cheaper cause they don't charge a visit fee. They pretty only charge for vaccine, medication, or whatever procedure you schedule for. While other vets include a $35-50 visit fee. They'll also send you a friendly reminder via email when shots need to be updated, which is especially helpful for someone like me.
Don't go to another vet... Go to Green Valley Animal Hospital!
