  • There is always something wrong with the food. One time the rice was dry as heck. The second, the chicken was mushy and tasted odd. Third, the beans were undercooked. The lines go very slow and when they are, it's usually because no one is on the line. I went there one time and the line cooks couldn't hear me, and were completely rude about it. The place was crowded and loud, and I tried talking as loud as I could. This is the only chipotle I've been to where there have been issues
