  • I would love to give this place 5 stars but the girl that helped me was so rude. She had no personality. I asked her for long johns with sprinkles and she said they had them, she ended up giving me long johns with no sprinkles and the doughnuts were stale. I was here before and had great service but this time, I was not fond of this place. Normally I would get asked if I wanted any flavouring in my coffee or tea but this time, I didn't get offered any of that. I don't know Dunkin' Donuts, I really liked this place but maybe I'll just stick to the Sun Prairie location. Good thing I went to Hurts Donut and got some fresh donuts! Overall, this place is okay. They seem to always be out of donuts and never have the ones you want. Clearly. This is a great location but their losing people like me because of terribly customer service and having no donuts. Which is just awkward since this is a donut shop.... anyway, it could be better.
