  • Papago is a solid, but not stupendous venue. They do feature one of the best beers I've ever tasted. The Orange Blossom alone is worth a visit. Papago does offer a tremendous variety of beers. More so than other local "breweries" like Four Peaks, AZ Wilderness, or the Perch. I didn't recognize many of the beers, but that makes tasting them more fun. The food was decent. Nothing special. Unfortunately none of their foods are on happy hour either. The biggest knock: ambience. We ate during a World Cup match, and instead of hearing the game, we were inundated with a sappy, hipster iTunes Genius mix. There were few TVs as well, so this is definitely not a place to go watch a game. Otherwise, my wife and I were underwhelmed.
