  • I made an appointment a week ago to get an oil change and alignment with Fletcher's on the NE corner of University & Greenfield, now I'm compelled to issue a warning to any future customers. When I picked my up after 2 1/2 hours, they didn't do the alignment. While that was frustrating, the guy behind the counter said something that alarmed me. He told me I "should be glad they at least told the truth about not doing it". Really? In other words, I should be happy they didn't lie to me and charge me for services they didn't render? He offered me a discounted rate for the alignment, but after that comment, how can I be sure it was even done? Would not recommend.
