  • We ordered a complete kitchen from them and getting good customer service has been like pulling teeth. They were late on the initial install - only under threat did they get it in on time. 9 months later we are still waiting for pieces to be installed. They keep delaying. I have asked to speak with the owner and he has been completely unresponsive. For a high end product, you would expect a much higher level of customer service. Stay away.
