  • First I didn't actually get any service done here. I made an appointment online for an oil change and dropped my car off- apparently their online system doesn't actually work and it was suggested to call instead since they were busy and not expecting my appointment. Whatevs not a big deal. About an hour after drop off my car I get a call that they can get the oil cap off and may break it and if they break it it will be 40 dollars to replace it and they didn't have a cap so this whole thing. I said I need my car and picked it up without an oil change and without a charge. As I'm driving I notice some smoke that looks like it's coming from under my hood but it's kind of faint. I figured I'd look under when I got home and totally forgot. (I should care for my car better) I go to another place to get my oil changed the next day and they tell me the cap was off and sitting on top of my engine and oil had been spilling all over motor. Explains the smell on the way to the second shop. Anyway maybe he got it off and forgot, maybe someone else got it off and didn't tell him. Maybe I looked like someone who wanted to spend an extra $40 on an oil change. Not sure how no one noticed when they closed my hood. Honestly the place seemed fine and I'm sure they would have changed the hell out of my oil, but too many annoyances in one trip won't be going back.
