| - I love that this place is literally a block and walking distance from my job. It's definitely something different from the usual burgers, pizza and salad. Finally, more diversity. I read that this place is owned by some of the other Vietnamese Pho places like So Pho 1 that I usually go to.
The inside of this place is very nice. Looks very... classy and upscale, but it is a casual setting. I like how there's a hostess that seats you like you see in a fancy restaurant.
Food. I ordered a Ribeye Pho and the Nem Nuong Roll, all to go. The egg rolls at Vietnamese restaurants are one of my favorites. Although the size of them where a tad bit on the smaller side from what I am use to at other Vietnamese restaurants. These were way smaller. I enjoyed the flavor, just not the size, especially for the price. I guess that is what is expected coming from a downtown joint. The Ribeye Pho was good too. The flavor of the broth was good, but the ribeye itself, there was something off about it. I don't know if it was just me, but the meat to me was chewy. But it all tasted good.
Will I come back, definitely. So with that being said, happy eatings! @~~}~~~~
