I went to this Conrad's a few months ago to get a tire fixed (had a nail in it, and it could be patched) and it took them less than 30 minutes and cost me about $20. I was impressed. I thought Conrad's and I would live happily ever after.
I returned for the same problem this past weekend. I made an appointment as I had done before. Unfortunately this time it took them about 90 minutes to tell me they couldn't fix it and another 30 to get the new tire put on. Kind of a bummer. I know they are busy and I honestly don't mind waiting if it's a reasonable amount of time.
If I return, I'll only go if I can get one of the first appointments of the day.
This review is sponsored by my impatience, obviously.
The tiniest of consolations is that while you're waiting at this particular location, you can walk over to Rubin's Restaurant and get something to eat or a cup of coffee, and/or go to the overpriced Dollar Store to browse. (spoiler: nothing there actually costs a dollar)
