  • Had a very bad experience. Couldn't get a refill on my coffee till I order a beer and then was denied service at 37 years old. My id was expired by a month and I didn't notice because I never get carded because I am 37 years old. Our server only showed up to take the order. She never came back to refill our drinks and a manager had to come out and get me a coffee. It's a shame Applebee's is spending all kinds of money to reform their failing brand and just have know idea about The ever-changing landscape of the service industry. I will be sure to let the people I talk to know that new grills and new menu items didn't change a poorly run restaurant
