  • They picked two of my TV's for a $25 fee which was reasonable. A week later I called and they still had not analyzed or diagnosed the problem. They hadn't even looked at them yet and said it probably needed a new circuit board. Probably?? Over 3 weeks later they still had not called so I did and they said one TV was ready but they could not locate a part for the second TV. When were they planning on letting me know? Do they know what its like to go more than 6 weeks without a TV!?? I will definitely not use them in the future. I still do not have the second TV but if they don't locate a part they can keep it.
