The view here is breathtaking and a perfect end meal to my last day in Vegas. We arrived at opening time of 11:30 without a reservation and were seated promptly. We chose to sit outside overlooking the golf course and waterfall. The menu is promising and it did not disappoint. Our server Jack was very knowledgable and friendly. He kept our water glasses full ,answered any questions about the menu and just overall had a wonderful personality. The bread basket here is a real treat- the pretzel bread is delicious. The menu has a lot of cajun inspired dishes and I was happy to see that. i was also informed that the chef used to work at Commanders Palace in New Orleans. i was able to sample both the corn chowder and gumbo . Both were delicious but I decided to go with the gumbo. The portions here are really nice and I left full after bread, gumbo and a burger with fries. i also had the king creole burger and let me tell you that the bacon was to die for.The special creole seasoning was so spot on, unique, and delicious. The meat patty was cooked to perfection and the burger was tender and juicy. My friend had the Ahi tuna salad .That was delicious as well with a perfect sear and flavor combinations. Overall- I will come back to this location because of the setting, service, and most importantly the food. Next time I can't wait to try the beignets.
