  • Made an appointment online, called to verify if they excepted BCBS BlueVision before driving an hour to the appointment. Receptionist said yes they except BlueVision. Drove all the way there and the receptionist tells me oh sorry we don't except your BCBS BlueVision. I told her I just called and you said you did. Receptionists reply was "ummm, ya, but not this BlueVision, sometime they go through MED but not now. how many different types of BCBS BlueVision insurances are there. Waisted 2hrs of my day, 2 hours of gas because they don't know what they are doing.
