  • Sad that I can't give this extortionist organization ZERO stars. I have been delinquent in my payments twice in 12 months - I'll admit that up front, but I also overpaid twice in the past year as well. Every fee and fine has been paid within 15 days of the due date. Today I got a bill for the $294.56 I used last month (acceptable and paid already), as well as the "DEPOSIT" of $1,004.31 - LMAO!!!!!! If these dumbsh!t donkeys think they are getting that kind of deposit after 4 years of paying 45/48 on time, +2 early and the 3 outstanding within 15 days of the due date, they are high (thanks Colorado and California!) Your Jerry Brown Messiah is clearly too high to govern!
