rev:text	This place leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to a cleaners (if you can call them that). I am not sure what it is they do here exactly? I needed some shirts cleaned overnight and saw the sign on the door that says "Dropped off by 9:00AM, done by 4:00PM." I took the shirts there and found out that they only dry clean same day as they have no laundry service on site. I had them dry cleaned and they were as dirty when I picked them up as when I dropped them off. if you ask for special attention (even when laundering) like detail clean on cuffs, collars or specific stains they say "okay" and proceed to stuff your clothes in a bag with no note made. I have never had my cuffs and collars cleaned as requested. In fact, when my shorts were dry cleaned I received several with a note on them that said "We couldn't get a stain out and wouldn't try harder because the chemicals could damage the fabric"...LAZY! All I did was put water on the smudged stain and it came out, water...no chemicals needed! I honestly don't think this place even has water inside! They also do not do alterations or repairs of simple things like pant cuffs, button replacement or anything. Also, when they ring you up and you take out a debit card, they charge you an additional $.50 for using a card. Nothing more annoying than cheap business owners trying to cover the little costs of collecting money on a card. I owned my own business, paid all my card fees myself and never once passed that expense on to a customer as an additional fee....ANNOYING! The staff is unprofessional, has no attention to detail and takes "Zero" pride in the quality of cleaning they offer. I moved to a cleaner on Bell Road that does everything on site and WOW! Cuffs are clean, collars are clean, button repaired (free) and no stains to be seen anywhere along with no $.50 charge. This place is not very good, I do not recommend!
