| - I recently purchased an Audi from Henderson Audi. I love my car. I obtained the deal I was after, without a lot of difficulty. It was a little time consuming, as it always is if you don't accept their first couple of offers. But, the car is great and their service is excellent.
The showroom and customer lounge are very nice, and clean. I have seen the service area, and it is also very clean. Everyone I have met has clearly been interested in providing excellent service. One of their technical experts spent about 40 minutes with me going through all of the controls and the technology in the car. We did have a problem programming the Homelink for our community gate and a rep came to our neighborhood and checked the gate to try to identify the problem. Ultimately, we discovered that the issue was that the remote we were using was very old and not compatible with the newer technology. Tried programming with a newer remote, and all was completed easily. When there, staff other than the sales rep with whom I was working were happy to help, even though they were not part of the deal. I have spoken with one of the Sales Managers, and they believe that working as a team, even when not receiving a commission, will cultivate happy, loyal customers. I agree.
They are happy for me to stop by anytime and get my car washed. Their lounge is set up well for watching TV to kill time, or to set up a laptop and work, or to read, etc. And, it is really fun to look at the various cars in the showroom.
Thus far, I am very pleased with the dealership.
