  • I have tried twice to schedule with this company. The first time they showed up an hour late. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and the cleaning crew didn't call. They had four ladies and seemed to do a fairly good job but were only there for an hour for a "deep clean". They automatically scheduled me for the next month. I got the notification at 6pm the night before they were going to come out again and their email said they had a 48 hour cancellation period or you would be charged for the visit. I tried to call and again could only leave a message. They finally emailed me to reschedule and thankfully didn't charge me. Well today was the rescheduled day. Window is 12-2pm. They call at 215 to say they'll be another 30 minutes. I told them not to bother. Tried to call the main office to let them know the crew missed their window and would need to reschedule. Surprise surprise no one answered and no return call yet. I'm currently cleaning bathrooms and looking for a new service. Terrible way to run a business.
