  • I called regarding my hot water in the shower is barely hot and probably needs to have the shower knob replace since everything in this condo is old... the woman I called to set up a maintenance order gave me some song and dance " since my unit is the only one with the issue and since it's not a main boiler issue we are on our own. I wished I had ask the name of the woman I spoke with... I do appreciate having emailed Laura got the mattered rectified... thank you Laura for your professionalism, patience and understanding. She without question bumped from a one star up to 3 stars.
