  • Like many others, I shopped around extensively. A friend recommended I try Shane Co and I'm glad I did. Our sales professional Chris O guided us in a logical direction and sensed our price point without ever asking us. We are very pleased with our selection and we saved hundreds below comparable rings at the typical chain stores. His product knowledge was on point and he even gave us tips on her engagement ring that we purchased elsewhere. When I picked up the ring, I was assisted by a gentleman who's name I dont know, however, he did mention that he used to work in law enforcement, if that helps. Anyway, another class act, very informative, very professional and an outstanding choice to represent the company.
