  • Blackbird managed my rental home for 2+ years. They were very helpful. It was my first time using a management company. George makes things very easy and explains everything there is to know in his videos. When I had to sell my home, I was terrified because I was also a first time home seller. George talked to me personally over the phone and calmed me down assuring me that everything would work out great and IT DID! I feel like even though this is a very superior company, I always felt like I was talking to family when I needed to reach out to them. Ada is super sweet and helpful and so is Runa. There is no fine print to be wary of. Blackbird is an impeccable realty and management company. They strive to make your property presentable so that you attract the best tenants to occupy your home. Now that my home is sold, I'm going to miss the Blackbird family.
