  • I'm going to keep it brief: I'm a sushi/sashimi fanatic, and this is hands down one of the best places in Vegas!!! Super tasty, great prices (I do AYCE every time, only way to go), fantastic staff, great ambiance/restaurant design, and everything tastes fantastic. I come here about 1-2 times a month and have never had a bad experience! Umiya rocks!!! They get pretty busy on the weekends, its best to make a reso for large parties. It's a must try place!
