  • Grrr.... What happened to customer service? I asked security for directions: "cant you just read the signs lady?" -- very helpful thank you. I asked the rewards center a question about points: " if you ever bothered to read the small print you wouldn't be standing here asking me questions"... Very nice... I have an autistic son who is nicer than you. The cocktail waitress: " Drinks? Drinks? Hey you??? (Approaches man to my right) You want a drink or what?" Followed by some gum smacking and long sigh. Wow ... Speechless!!! Housekeeping spotted in the bathroom, back stall sharing food!!! Gross and saddened to know the employees have to hide to eat. Go back to back customer service Stations Casino. As an executive I am appalled at how your organization is running. Treat your employees with respect, no one deserves to cower in the corner eating food in a bathroom...and for goodness sake ...try some old fashioned manners 101 with your employees.
