My friend recommended that we try Ping Pang Pong as he said it's the best Chinese in Las Vegas. We stopped by Wednesday evening and were seated immediately.
My dinner, the orange beef, was good. Not great, but good. Everyone else liked their meals as well -- two different fried rice dishes and also Mongolian beef. The service had a couple of hiccups -- one order came out wrong, which they did offer to fix. Also, we never received any rice for either of the beef entrees.
I think the real charm of this place may come from the Dim Sum lunch menu or maybe the more "authentic" dishes. But for those of us with Americanized taste buds, Ping Pang Pong is A-OK.
