  • With only 2.5 stars out of 5 is an indication that 50% of their customers walk away unhappy. Personally, if a business has less than 4 stars that mean 20% of the customers are not happy and you won't find me here. While I hate what our mayor did to King Street east and blocking the flow of traffic impacting small business, I am thrilled that it will likely be the death of this EQ3 store. I have complained to head office and it is the same shit show. This place is best avoided. Please see my previous review for a fine example of how not to treat a customer.
