Okay--this review is multi-dimensional, there are greats mixed with meh-s so please read all the way through. Starting with the appetizers: we ordered the sampler which came with ONE of each of the following:
-crab rangoon
-small piece of beef jerky
small spring roll
-small egg roll
-small chicken satay
The beef jerky, egg roll and chicken satay were good but as noted above, a pretty small portion. Spring roll was also small and contained only lettuce, carrot and a small slice of cucumber (disappointing). Crab rangoon was good (wanted more). Next comes the entrees: Panang Curry- this was watery and lite on flavor (had to add salt and pepper). Lad Nar w/beef- this was AMAZING. SO GOOD. Top three I've ever had. Coconut curry with noodle and chicken- ALSO AMAZING. I'm not a fan of cilantro, and this dish was topped with it but I picked it off and it was fine. My suggestion would be for Rising Son's to step up their appitizer game (price and size). I will definitely be ordering from here again--but for now, only entrees.
