  • The service I received at the La Mer Counter from Doreen was like none other I have received at similar establishments. After being treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, where the representative at the boutique did not want to assist her while I was at Nordstroms, I headed to Saks Fifth Avenue to learn more about the miracle broth of La Mer. I was kindly approached by Doreen who went above and beyond explaining the product to me. She introduced me to all that was offered and I was highly impressed. I ended up purchasing and it was a pre sale so I came back a couple days later to pick up my La Mer Soft Cream, along with other bonus items. When I came back to pick up, Doreen remembered me and her co-worker offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I was treated like a star and enjoyed this shopping experience so much. I wanted to go back to Nordstroms and wave my Saks bag at them lol. I have recommended all my La Mer using friends to go to Saks and see Doreen. Thank you for explaining all about this life changing cream!
