  • Worst nail experience of my life!!! I was the first one in At 9 am, and I'm pretty sure the manager had no clue how to do nails. Being the only one there, she took it upon herself to give it a go. She was filing off my nail polish with her filing machine thing! It was too hot. Then she finally realized to simply use polish remover. A nail tech finally came in after my acrylics were almost filed off! It took her 50 minutes for a fill!! 40 minutes of that 50 was spent filing!! And I had to ask her to straighten out each nail! They all looked like mountain tops! Finally I told her forget it, I'm leaving. From someone who gets her nails done every 3 weeks, a fill and paint should take 45minutes tops! So now I'm left with crooked unpolished nails. I will never be back! I left balling my eyes out. This is the one thing I do for myself and she managed to ruin that for me!
