  • I feel ambivalent about this one. I liked Ox & Angela, the tapas and drinks were quality. There's a certain vibe to it and being on 17th, definitely a cool factor. Comparatively though, if you placed O&A in any great food city, would it stand out? Doubt it. If I'm strolling 17th and in the mood for tapas, I'll be back.
