| - So I have to say that after many discussions with management, my opinion on the service I have received is really turning around. I can tell that the new manager, Norman, really cares about tenants and their experiences. It seems as though a lot of the problems I had earlier this year are residual from bad management. As Norman changes policies and works with tenants, things are improving over time. Management has also faced some extreme challenges (such as the motor that controls the fences breaking), and although the repairs are taking time, they are remaining communicative about the process and are open to questions.
The facilties continue to be amazing (everything from the gym and pool to the clubhouse). The amenities within the apartments are great, and since my upstairs neighbor moved, I have had no issues with noise complaints.
The only remaining complaint that I have about this property is that it is noisy. It is situated near the highway, so I always anticipated there would be car noises. This apartment seems as though it has no noise proofing, though. In addition, the walls are not well insulated, and you can hear lots of noises between apartments.
All in all, if I was not moving for work, I probably would renew my lease and stay for at least two full years, which is a good community in my book.
