  • While I'm not at all happy about their first botched installation, they did everything that could be reasonably expected to fix it. They came to my office to pick up my car keys, went on to my home to jump start my car (which failed, but they did indeed eventually get it started), brought it into their shop and fixed it, returned my car to home and returned my keys to me at work.
