  • Buying a house, especially a brand new house, can be a daunting process and I was in the market for someone who would know what to look for and to give me valuable advice as to what to mark down on the various walkthroughs I was about to do. I called Scott and he was able to give me some very valuable insight and knew just what to look for. I cannot thank him enough and I plan on bringing him back a few times after the home closes just to make sure we don't miss anything within the first year in our brand new home. I also plan on having him inspect our current home to give us a game plan on what to fix up before we decide to sell it. I cannot recommend Scott enough. He is a very valuable asset to have when looking to buy or sell a home.
