  • Mixed feelings on this one..there were a lot of pros and a lot of cons of this hotel. Pros: Ease of parking: The parking lot is located right next to the lobby. You won't have to drag your luggage through miles and miles of casinos to check in. Ease of getting to your room: After check in, you walk a few feet and end up at the room elevators. It was super convienent. Food court: There is a Starbucks just steps from the elevators so you can stumble down there for your morning cup of wake the hell up. Friendly staff: The house keepers asked if we needed new towels or the room cleaned, the front desk helped out with a billing issue. Pool: They have three different pools and tons of seating. We went down on a busy Saturday and were still able to find a recliner in the sun. We did the lazy river ( you can rent a tube) and then moved over to the wave pool which was way more fun. They had beach balls being tossed around, pumped up music and tons people having a great time. Cons: Old rooms: The rooms could use some serious updatng. The beds were pretty dated, plan on waking up with a sore back. The carpets and chairs had staining. There isn't a convient plug anywhere in the room itself. Room cleanliness: When walked into our room we couldn't get a light to work, bulbs burned out. The bathroom has no fan so you get no privacy and if you take a hot shower....prepare to suffocate. The shower tile was cracked and could have used some grout cleaning. There were hairs on the floor that didn't belong to us. The little table between the beds had the previous guest's tickets from a show. Makes you wonder if they really cleaned anything.
