  • I've been waiting a week now for a quote that they said they would have by the end of the day. Not only did they forget about me, but when I called back there was no apology, I had to give them all my information again and they said they would call me back again, with no time frame again. After I gave them all my information, I had another question and they just hung up on me! Not good.
