  • I hate Apple. Found out my iPhone 6S needed a battery replaced. Went on the site, made an appointment, showed up, only to be told they had no batteries. Seriously? This from a supposedly sophisticated organization. Tim Cook should be ashamed. Now I have to return, when they have batteries. What are the chances this will be repeated? Pretty good, I suspect. On second thought, I really, really, really hate Apple.
