My experience was not good. When we checked in is when the problems started. We were in lobby for over hour trying to check in and pay 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit card. The front desk person couldn't figure out how to do it had to call his front desk manager 3 times to get it done. Then we were were checking out my bank called me said this hotel tried processing the full amount 8 times on my card. Due to weird activity the bank froze my card. The front desk Olivia said they didn't charge my card full amount including what I paid in cash on my card but she did. Bank showed me it was charged. Not just authorized but charged for 3 nights. Even though we only stayed 2 nights and paid half with cash. Worst experience. I will be contacting the general manager.
