I was there early in the morning - more employees than customers. The salesman was helpful, the checkout clerk was friendly...but then I had some memory added to my computer. I was told it would be about 10 minutes. GREAT! I thought.No one was in line, I thought it would be a piece of cake. There was one person at the service counter working, he was talking to a customer.
I stood there for 30 minutes. I saw many people that appeared to be managers talking to each other - but no one helped me. Now, I'm just irritated that it took an hour...The man that eventually helped me was fine -but I told him I was irritated and he acted like I said nothing to him.
The man at the service desk should have acknowledged that this transaction was taking an inordinate amount of time and called for backup..I won't be back.
