  • I consider this company a scam - they appear to make their money by collecting those mandatory $79 "appearance fees" then quote rates so ridiculously high that only the truly desperate will hire them. They end up bringing in a decent hourly rate while having to do very little actual electrical work. I can't comment on the quality of their work, but when a quote comes in at approximately TEN TIMES what our regular electrician would charge, it is clear they showed up with no intention of doing the job. The technician was pleasant and rather sheepish about it - he knew the quote had no chance of being accepted. Best to avoid this company.
