  • I took my car in at 10:30am and had to follow up with them at least 3 times to find out when it was going to be done. I was initially told it would be complete prior to 3pm but it turned out to not even be seen until 2:30pm. I can understand if they were busy but Andre, the person who helped me admittedly said it should have been taken in a long time ago especially since it was a simple oil change and inspection. To make this dealership look more pathetic was the fact that I dropped off my other car at Toyota immediately after dropping off my car with Chevy for a more time consuming service just to have it be done BEFORE Chevy even called. Truly pathetic and disappointing. Bill, the shuttle driver was very pleasant and the ONLY reason for why I didn't walk in guns blazing when I finally picked up my car at 6:00pm! He was a real treat to speak to and made the experience bearable. Sadly, I'm counting down the months I have left to deal with Chevrolet. Every experience with them has been nothing but irritating. Good luck for everyone else stuck with this co.
