  • Everyone here is so rude, especially the owner! Customer service is lacking!! I have come back several times hoping for a change but I officially will no longer return. Their new policy is ridiculous. 1 bin per customer. They also send out emails and post how they need certain items and then don't buy said items when you arrive. If you're "in need" of shoes and I bring you 10-15 pairs of name brand, VERY good condition shoes and you buy 2 pair....you obviously need nothing. The last time I was here my kids were playing with some of the toys in the back while we were waiting for our items to be reviewed and the owner walked by took a toy out of my sons hand and said let's put this back we don't want it to get ruined, and walked off. It was a car and he was rolling it on the floor gently. You run a children's store...expect children to be present in your store...maybe you're in the wrong line of business? The owner seems unhappy and that reflects in her store team....no one wants to help, no one smiles, no one acts like they even want to be there.
