  • I dined at Aria Cafe recently and it was absolutely terrific! This is by far the best hotel cafe in town, and offers touches unfounded by fine dining restaurants for that matter. For instance, they serve iced tea with brown sugar/molasses simple syrup and regular simple syrup (see pic) I was highly impressed by this as well as their Chinese Chicken Salad which is absolutely amazing! Impeccable service and elegant dining is definitely served up on a silver platter here.
