  • So I am done with this place, have given them our business on two cars for oil changes and minor work. My wife goes in today to have look at the windshield washer not working. We just some snow and driving down the highway and not able to use the windshield washer is a hazard. All the grime coming off the road from the cars in front really builds up. So, we know that the container is full of fluid, you can hear the pump working, the car has been running for 30 min so it is not froze up and they give her a hard time about checking it out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really!!!!!!!!!! Are you not in the car repair business??? So, after her having to "reason" with them they check it out and $30 later they determine the line was clog and easily cleaned it out. At the same store, I got a quote of a set of tires because they had a sale. After adding back the labor, fees, taxes, TPMS package, warranty, etc etc I was paying more than what I saved on the tires. it was like $100 in extras. Went to Sams Club. Its $15 per tire to put them on, period, no TPMS package, no extra warranty charge, no disposal fees and no huge labor cost on top of all that. At another store, my wife had a flat tire and they want to put the most expensive tire they had on the car to replace it, saying it could not be fixed. Well, I went elsewhere and got it fixed for $20. They stand in front of sign that talks about honesty and they clearly take advantage of people.
