  • This quite popular BBQ joint in North Phoenix is easy to miss off the freeway, but once you arrive you wondered how you could have ever missed it! This restaurant has a simple menu, fair prices, wonderful Happy Hour specials and FREE Cinnamon Sugar Donuts for all!! (Get an extra bag to go!) You can't go wrong with anything you order here. All meats, chicken and fish too, are moist, tender, seasoned very well and are very filling. My favorite side dishes there are the macaroni and cheese (da bomb!), Pecan Coleslaw (yes...Pecan!) and their shoestring French fries, with BBQ Sauce as a dip! That's all well and good, but what keeps me coming back is their BRISKET!! Hot damn! Lean, tender, juicy and addictive!! You'll be dreaming of Bobby Q Brisket in your dreams that night! Their Brisket, Ribs and PRIME RIB (ahhh) are the top three sellers at Bobby Q! They have a WONDERFUL lunch menu, but what I like is that they don't skimp on serving size for lunches. You get a ton of meat and normal size side dish. You just pay a few dollars less. That's always good. Don't forget the FREE Cinnamon Sugar Donuts at the end of your meal. Grab an extra bag of them as you leave. I've also seen people grab a bag of them as they go in as well! No one there will tell you that you will spoil your meal by doing that so have at it!
